In this space the water heater is installed and there is also room for the washer and dryer. A connection for an additional sink is present. The storage room is equipped with racks. The entire villa is equipped with a sophisticated alarm system. All doors and rooms are equipped with sensors and motion detectors.
Upstairs is the large living room with luxury kitchen and separate guest toilet.The kitchen is white (glossy) and features a cooking island. European kitchen equipment like a conventional oven, steam oven, microwave and American fridge, ceramic cooking plate and island hood (all stainless steel) are

installed in the kitchen. The kitchen also has a bar with three bar chairs.

As an option it is possible to buy the design furniture and audio visual equipment.

The villa is situated on a large corner plot of 1100 m2 (11840 ft2) of land and gives privacy from the large concrete wall around the garden. In the wall and the villa we used LED technology. In the evening the palms, wall, pool and Cabana automatically illuminated. The upper terrace, garden have outdoor speakers so you can enjoy great music everywhere (indoors/outdoors). The garden has several large mature palm trees (including coconut palms and Washingtonia palms).
